As a subsidiary of the food company Emmi, Switzerland's leading supplier of fresh products and cheese, Molkerei Biedermann employs around 140 people in the area of high-quality organic and regional dairy products. We also offer several apprenticeships in different professions every year and are always committed to our apprentices. We also organise taster days so that potential apprentices can gain an impression of the profession.
